高强韧低膨胀锌合金的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过正交组合设计的基础上,找出了合金的最佳配比,对比选出含金的物理性能和机械性能进行了测定,并对合金的磨擦磨损特性进行了较多的分析,与锡青铜ZQSn6-6-3进行了对比,试验研究表明,优选出的新型高铝锌基合金在机械性能和耐磨性能等方面均优于ZQSn6-6-3合金,其线膨胀系数比国内相当牌号的锌合金低,与ZQSn6-6-3相当。In this paper, the roles of chemical elements, the physical and mechanical properties, especially, the abrasive resistance of a Zinc-base alloy are tested and analysed. The experimental results show that the mechanical and wear resistance properties of this alloy are superior to that of the ZQSn6-6-3 alloy and the linear coefficient of expansion is lower than that of the similar zinc alloy while corresponds with that of ZQSn6-6-3 alloy
