摘　　要：本文对外包业务在江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站全过程管理进行了阐述。对江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站外包业务管理的设计、招标、合同谈判、开工前准备工作、业务实施工程、过程验收、完工验收、竣工结算整个过程进行了细致论述,为抽水蓄能电站外包业务管理提供借鉴和参考。In this paper,the whole process management of outsourcing business in Jiangsu Yixing pumped storage power staition are described.The whole process in the outsourcing business management design、tender、contract negotiation、preparation、implementation、process of acceptance、completion acceptance、completion settlement of Jiangsu Yixing pumped storage power station are discussed in detail.For outsourcing business management of pumped storage power station provide reference.
