摘 要:在考虑内外啮合齿轮副齿廓理论间隙、制造误差及轮齿弹性变形的基础上 ,建立少齿差内啮合行星齿轮传动实际接触齿对数及各齿间载荷分配的理论分析模型 ;分析计算了在额定载荷工况下的实际接触齿对数及各齿上的载荷分配 ;并利用应变测试方法进行了相应的实验研究 ;验证了理论分析计算的结果 ,为少齿差行星齿轮传动承载能力的估算。Different from other gear transmissions, the phenomenon of multi-tooth contact is present in planetary gearing with small tooth number difference. On the basis of analysis of geometry, tooth deformation and manufacturing errors, a mathematical model which describes the state of multi-tooth contacts and the load distribution characteristics has been developed. The numbers of teeth of simultaneous contact and load distribution characteristics of tooth with the load carried by the most heavily loaded tooth can be calculated by means of this model. At last the theoretical results have been verified by corresponding strain experiments. The study provides a foundation for analysis of tooth stress and the selection of design parameters in planetary gearing with small tooth number difference, and also conductive to the further research on efficiency, lubrication and transmission accuracy in the same gearing.
