摘 要:介绍纤维悬浮液的分类及管道中纸浆纤维悬浮液的流动状态 ,重点进行中浓纸浆悬浮液湍流边界层的模拟研究 ,详细分析了相关的模拟结果 ,得出如下结论 :当管子壁面距离 0~ 9× 10 - 4m时 ,横过水环厚度的速度分布是线性的 ;水环厚度很小 ,水环中的剪切作用是层流剪切 ,剪切力作用于纤维网络表面 .突出网络塞体表面 (0~ 9× 10 - 4m )的纤维甚少 .据此可认为网络塞体表面较为光滑 ;管道中远离壁面处浓度高 ,壁面处浓度低 。An outline of the classes of fibre suspensions and the state of the flow is given.We emphasis on the simulation of the turbulent boundary layer of medium_consistency pulp fibre suspensions and analyse the result of the simulation in detial.It is concluded that from the inner surface of the pipeline to 0~9×10 -4 m,the distribution of the velocity is linear across the water ring;the thickness of the water ring is very thin;the shear process is laminar shear;the shear force acts on the surface of the fibre net,the fibers that stand out the fibre net(0~9×10 -4 m) are very scarce.It can be inferred that the surface of the fibre net is quite smooth;the concentration is very high away from the inner surface while it is low on the surface of the pipeline,the distribution of the concentration shows a descending trend.
