摘  要:以葡萄糖、月桂醇为原料 ,采用均匀设计法 ,在常压条件下 ,直接苷化合成了十二烷基糖苷。研究了复合催化剂用量、反应温度、原料配比、葡萄糖的干燥时间等对产品得率及色泽的影响 ,得出较佳工艺条件为 :催化剂与葡萄糖质量比为 0 .0 3 5∶ 1 ,反应温度为 1 2 0°C,月桂醇与葡萄糖的摩尔比为 5∶ 1 ,葡萄糖干燥时间 4.5 h,糖苷得率为 1 40 .1 %。At normal pressure, dodecyl glucoside was prepared directly by reacting dodecanol with glucose using experimental method of uniform design. Also, factors affecting yield of alkyl polyglucoside such as the amount of selfmade complex catalyzer, reaction temperature, ratio of materials and time for glocoside drying were studied. The optimum conditions obtained was as follows: ratio of catalyzer and glucose ,0.035∶1 ( m/m ); reaction temperature,120 °C ; ratio of dodecanol and glucose, 5∶1 (mol/mol); time for glucose drying, 4.5h. The yield of dodecyl glucoside was 140.1%. In addition, the surface tension and the content of glucose of the product were measured.
