摘　　要：介绍了美国、法国、英国、俄罗斯、国际原子能机构(IAEA)和我国的放射性废物管理法规标准现状,分析了我国放射性废物管理法规标准体系中存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。The paper presents the system of laws,regulations and standards,on radioactive waste management,developed by IAEA and America,France,England,and Russia.The problems existing in the system of laws,regulations and standards in our country on radioactive waste management are addressed,together with corresponding suggestions being made.
