润肠丸单味颗粒冲剂与混合颗粒冲剂通便作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察比较润肠丸方混煎颗粒冲剂(混煎剂)与单味中药颗粒剂(单煎剂)对胃肠激素分泌的影响。方法:30只大鼠随机分为3组,分别喂生理盐水、润肠丸单煎剂或混煎剂,取其血浆用放免法检测其胃泌素、6-酮-前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1α)和血栓素(TXB2)的指标。结果:单煎组与混煎组的胃泌素水平高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);单煎组与混煎组TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值明显低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:润肠丸单味颗粒与混合颗粒冲剂对大鼠胃肠肽分泌影响作用的机制可能是提高血浆胃泌素和前列腺素,从而促进食管平滑肌推进性蠕动,加强胃窦收缩运动,促进小肠平滑肌运动,增加水电解质分泌;降低TXA/PGI比值,从而发挥其扩张血管和改善微循环的作用。Objective: To observe the influence of Runchang Wan (RW) prepared by separate decoction (SD) and combined decoction (CD) on the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone. Methods: 30 rats were allocatde randomly to RWSD group, RWCD group, and MS group as control. After medication, phasma prostaglandin (6 - keto -PGF1a) and thromboxane (TXB2) were determined with radioim-munoasaay. Results: The gastrin levels of RWSD and RWCD groups were higher than that of control group, and TBX2/6 - keto - PGF1a rates was lower than control group, the difference being significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The mechanism on the influence of gastrointestinal peptide secretion of rats by RWSD and RWCD may be the increase of plasma gastrin and prostaglandin so that the peristalsis of esophageal smooth muscle is promotde, the contraction of gastric antrum is enhancde , the movement of smooth muscle of small intestine is promoted, the secretion of water and electrolyte is increased and the ratio of TXA/PGI is decreased, eventually the blood vessels are dilated and the mierocirculation is improved.
