补肾明目饮内服加灌肠治疗2型糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭21例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药补肾明目饮内服加灌肠之非透析疗法治疗2型糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:21例患者全部予以糖尿病基础治疗,配合纠正酸中毒、纠正电解质紊乱等对症处理,并加服中药补肾明目饮,每天1剂。另用中药I号或Ⅱ号高位保留灌肠,每天1-2次。1月为1疗程,连用3疗程。结果:显效6例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为76.19％。而血尿素氮、血清肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、24小时尿蛋白定量等生化指标均有明显改善。结论:补肾明目饮内服加灌肠治疗对氮质血症期和尿毒症早期效果较理想。并能在一定程度上降低血中氮质等有害物质,缓解肾功能衰竭的病情,改善症状,提高生存质量和延长生存时间。Objective: To observe the curative effect of oral use of Bushen Mingmu Yin (BMY) and enema of herbal decoction for type 2 diabetic renopathy with chronic renal failure. Methods: 21 cases were treated by antidiabetic remedy with correction of acidosis and electrolyte disorder. Besides, oral use of BYM was given once daily, and herbal decoction No. 1 or No. 2 was applied for retention enema 1 - 2 times daily. One month constituted a course of treatment and 3 courses were given successively. Results: 6 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 76. 19%. The clearance rate of blood - urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine and the urinary protein quantity in 24 hours were markedly improve. Conclusion: Oral use of BMY and herbal decoction enema exert an ideal effect for azotemic stage and early stage of uremia, and also decrease the harmful nitrogenous substance in blood, relieve renal failure, alleviate symptoms and enhance the life quality and lengthen the survival time.
