摘  要:目的 探讨自然流产患者绒毛组织中致死基因维甲酸受体 (RXR)α、N myc和转录增强因子 1(TEF 1)mRNA的表达水平。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术 ,对 3 8例自然流产患者的绒毛组织中RXRα、N myc和TEF 1基因mRNA的表达水平进行检测 ,并和 3 3例正常早孕妇女对比。结果  ( 1)RXRα和TEF 1基因mRNA表达水平 ,自然流产患者分别为 0 4± 0 3和 1 6± 1 1,正常早孕妇女分别为 0 6± 0 3和 2 3± 1 2 ,两者比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;N myc基因mRNA表达水平分别为 2 1± 1 2和 2 2± 0 9,两者比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 ( 2 )复发性流产者 ( 2 3例 )与非复发性流产者 ( 15例 )的RXRα基因mRNA表达水平分别为 0 3± 0 2和 0 6± 0 4(P <0 0 5 ) ,TEF 1基因mRNA表达水平分别为 1 0± 1 1和 1 9± 1 2 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 RXRα、TEF 1基因可能参与调控人类胚胎的生长 。Objective To study the role of lethal gene: including retinoic X receptor(RXR)α, N-myc and trancript enhancer factor(TEF)-1 in human spontaneous abortion. Methods The levels of RXRα, N-myc and TEF-1 mRNA expression on placenta villi from 38 spontaneous abortion women and 33 normal early pregnant women were examined by reverse transcription, polymerase chain reaction. Results (1) The levels of RXRα mRNA on placenta villi from the abortion group were significantly decreased as compared with those from normal group (0.4±0.3 versus 0.6±0.3, P<0.05); There were no significant differences in the levels of N-myc mRNA expression between the abortion group and normal group (2.1±1.2 versus 2.2±0.9, P>0.05). The levels of TEF-1 mRNA on placenta from abortion group were significantly lower than those from normal group (1.6±1.1, 2.3±1.2, P<0.05); (2) The levels of RXR α mRNA, TEF-1 mRNA in recurrent abortion group were significantly lower than those from non-recurrent group (0.3±0.2 versus 0.6±0.4, P<0.05, 1.0±1.1 versus 1.9±1.2, P<0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that the lower expression of RXR α mRNA, TEF-1 mRNA may play an important role in the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion especially in recurrent abortion.
