激光加中药治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的有效方法。方法 :将慢性肥厚性咽炎 178例随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用Nd :YAG激光治疗加复方甘桔袋泡剂代茶饮 ,每次 2袋 ,每日 3次 ,共 14d。对照组单纯给予复方甘桔袋泡剂。结果 :治疗组有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :激光加中药治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效显著 。Objective:To probe into the effective method to cure the hypertrophic pharyngitis. Method:178 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by laser,and Chinese traditional medicine for 14 days.The control goup was treated by Chinese traditional medicine.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was significant higher than that of the control group( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:This method is effective in the treatment of hypertrophic pharyngitis.
