摘 要:本文应用分形的方法,研究了骨髓中的粒细胞系列,红细胞系列和两种白血病(急性原粒细胞白血病MI型和急性多颗粒早幼粒细胞性白血病)细胞核形态的分形特点,并测出了它们的分形维数。发现它们的分形维数均大于拓扑维数,即具有分形的特点;并将分形维数运用NewmanKeuls方法进行显著性检验,证明了分形维数是描述细胞核边界不规则程度的一个重要参数。ln this paper, the fractal geometry was used to study the nuclei of granulocytes erythrocytes and leukemia cells in marrow. The fractal dimension of the nuclear boundary was measured with the method of boxcounting implemented on a fractal image process system, The results showed that the fractal dimension of these cells were greater than their topological dimension, indicating the nuclear boundaries may possess fractal features.The NewmanKeuls method was also performed to compare the fractal dimension among different groups and found that different boundaries were corresponded with different fractal dimensions. The more irregular the boundary is,the greater the fractal dimension is. Our data suggest that fractal dimension may be a useful parameter to represent the irregularity of nuclear boundary.
