摘 要:采用正负交变加速度旋转刺激制备大鼠运动病模型。对运动病大鼠脑细胞Na+K+ATPase、碱性磷酸酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性变化进行图像定量分析。结果表明,运动病大鼠大脑皮质、小脑皮质和脑干前庭区脑细胞Na+K+ATPasc和细胞色素氧化酶活性明显降低,而碱性磷酸酶活性明显升高。提示运动病的发生与中枢神经细胞有氧代谢、细胞膜通透性和钠。Sixteen rats that were subjected to rotational stimulation engaged in pica were used as the experimental models. The activity variations of Na + K + ATPase and cytochrome oxidase were meassured by means of image quantitative analysis in brain cells of rats with motion sickness. It was showed that the activity of Na + K + ATPase and cytochrome oxidase decreased markedly in cerebral cortex, cerebellum cortex and vestibular area of brainstem, while alkaline phosphatase activity increased sharply. It is suggested that the development of motion sickness may be related to oxygenic metabolism, membrane permeability and Na + K + exchange.
