摘　　要：本文主要介绍自行研制的一套染色体核型图像自动分析系统，详述了该分析系统软件各部的功能。并给出该系统对正常人淋巴细胞Ｇ显带染色体核型的测试结果。This paper discribed the automated karyotyping analysis system developed by our Lab. The function of all parts of software were introduced. The assay results of normal G-banded human lymphocyte chromosome samples by the system were presented, and how to improve the accuracy of the system was discussed.
