摘 要:本文将89例胎龄6~40周人胚胎的左冠状动脉主干用VanGieson-Orcein法染色,于光镜下用单网格测试系统测试。根据内弹性膜长度推算活体状态下各期胚胎左冠脉的大小和结构变化,结果显示:内弹性膜随胎龄增厚、增长和弯曲。血管内外径、中外膜厚度及面积、内腔及血管面积均随胎龄增长,其增长速度中膜快于外膜,且中膜厚度的增长速度与管腔直径的增长速度一致,在各胎龄保持一定的比例。与传统的直接测量的血管参数相比,此法求出的结果,更接近活体状态的血管参数,因而具有重要的意义。The size and structure of the left coronary arteries from eighty nine human fetuses and embryos aged 6-40 weekds were assessed using morphometric techniques. It indicated that the internal elastic membrane changed significantly in morphology throughout the developmental stages. The internal and external diameter of the artery wall, and the thickness of internal elastic membrane and the tunica media increased with fetal age. But the thickness of the tunica media and the internal diameter of the artery wall increased more rapidly. The coronary artery became more muscular with the increasing of internal diameter but the ratio between these two remained constant. It is suggested that the increase of the vascular muscularity is closely associated with the grouth of the arteria size. This method provides more favorable parameters of the blood vessel than that of measuring the transverse area and thickness of the wall directly.
