摘　　要：随着计算机技术与无线通信技术的发展 ,人们已经不再满足于固定的网络通信 ,用户对移动计算的需求也日益增长 ,为了满足用户的需求 ,出现了多种无线传输协议。本文重点分析了蓝牙技术与IrDA技术的异同点 ,并指出了两种技术的不同使用场合。在本文的结尾 。With the development of the computer and the communication technologies, the fixed network cannot meet the needs of the people. The demand of the mobile computing is increasing rapidly. There are many protocols to be used in building the Wireless Personal Area Network(WPAN). In this paper, the bluetooth and the IrDA are discussed principally. They are used in different areas. In the last paragraph, the feasibility of combining the two technologies is mentioned too.
