渔子溪水轮发电机上机架应力测试分析

摘　　要：以渔子溪电站4号机组为研究对象,运用了DH5922应力应变测试系统,对上机架进行了应力应变测试。结果表明,在各典型工况下,上机架靠近中心体的两条对称的支腿腹板拐角处出现应力集中,并且最大值为64.592Mpa,同时上机架各测试点应力变化具有小负荷区变化梯度较大,大负荷区变化较平缓的特点。Taking the No.4 unit of Yuzixi hydropower station as the research object, stress strain of the upper bracket was tested by using the DH5922 stress strain test system. The results show that, in the all typical working conditions, stress concentrated comes where the corner which the two symmetric shaft leg hypoplax of upper bracket near the centrosome, and the maximum value was 64.836 Mpa, stress changes of each test point on the upper bracket with the low load zone have greater gradient, while the changes with high load area are placid.
