摘  要:本文分析了推力轴承瓦面的二次凸曲面、圆柱瓦面、圆柱瓦面基础上的热弹变形三种情况,比较了推力轴承性能的变化。结果表明,一定范围的理想的二次凸曲面,可提高推力轴承的性能,但在推力轴承运行过程中,这样的二次凸曲面很难实现。确保推力轴承运行过程中瓦面周向为微小的凸面,可提高推力轴承性能。The paper analyzes three cases of the quadratic convex surface, cylindrical pad surface and the thermo-elastic deformation based on the cylindrical pad surface of thrust bearing pad, and compares the changes in the performance of the thrust bearing. The results show that a range of ideal quadratic convex surface can improve the performance of the thrust bearing. However, such quadratic convex surface is very difficult to achieve during the operating process of the thrust bearing. Ensuring the tiny convex in the circumferential direction can improve the performance of the thrust bearing during the operating process.
