湿热痹片治疗湿热痹阻型风湿病的临床观察

摘　　要：为进一步了解湿热痹片治疗风湿病的临床效果 ,将中医辨证属于湿热痹阻型的 4 0 2例风湿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,用正清风痛宁片为对照药 ,进行临床观察。结果两组总疗效比较 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,有显著性差异。症状疗效两组间比较 ,在改善关节疼痛、功能障碍和沉重感等方面有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;在改善关节肿胀、压痛及触之发热等方面 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,说明试验组疗效优于对照组。不同疾病的疗效两组间比较 ,对于类风湿关节炎、痛风等疾病有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而对于强直性脊柱炎则无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。说明湿热痹片和对照药治疗风湿病均有显著疗效 。In order to observe the clinical effects of Shirebi pill for rheumatism, 402 cases of rheumatism belonging to the type of damp-heat syndromes were divided into experimental group treated by Shirebi pill and the control treated by Zhengqing Fengtong Ning. The results showed that there was significant difference(P<0.05) in comparing the total effective rates of the two groups. There was obviously significant difference in relieving ache, dysfunction of joint and heavy sense (P<0.001～0.05). There was significant difference(P<0.05)in improving swelling, tenderness and heavy sense. For rheumatoid arthritis and grout there was significant difference in theraputie effects of the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in theraputic effects of the two groups for ankylosing spondylitis and bony arthritis of knee joint(P>0.05). It was suggested that Shirebi pill and Zhengqing Fengtong Ning had significant effect to rheumatism of type of damp-heat syndromes, however Shirebi pill is superior to Zhengqing Fengtong Ning in some aspect.
