摘 要:为验证电刺激和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在促进周围神经再生作用上的差异 ,选择 30例臂丛神经损伤、桡神经及正中神经不全损伤病例 ,随机分组对照观察。电刺激组进行经皮电刺激治疗 3个月 ,碱性成纤维生长因子组肌肉注射该药 3个月 ,然后观察两组神经恢复情况。通过两组病例肌力、肌电图观察 ,发现两者对周围神经再生的促进作用无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。表明经皮电刺激、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子均具有良好的促进周围神经再生作用 。Objective : To compare the clinical effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation and basic fibroblast growth factor to accelerate peripheral nerve regeneration. Methods: Nine cases of brachial plexus injury, 13 cases of radial nerve injury and 8 cases median nerve injury were randomly divided into electrical stimulation group and basic fibroblast growth factor group. After treated 3 months the function of nerve were examined. Results: Effect in function of muscular power and electrophysiological was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: percutaneous electrical stimulation and basic fibroblast growth factor can accelerate peripheral nerve regeneration, and all can be used to the patients of suitable conservative therapy with peripheral nerve injury or peripheral nerve repaired by operation.
