摘　　要：公民意识是建设法治社会的内在动力及社会文化基础 ,公民意识的缺失制约着我国法治建设的发展。推进我国法治建设进程 ,必须在建立健全法律制度的同时 ,通过多种途径 ,培育健全的公民意识。Citizen consciousness is the internal force and the social culture basis of constructing a rule of law society.The lack of citizen consciousness restricts the development of the construction of the rule of law in China.So in the process of enhancing the consturction of the rule of law,while completing our legal system,we must arouse the wholesome citizen consciousness in various ways.
