聚乙烯醇水凝胶人工玻璃体对兔眼前节的影响

摘　　要：目的研究兔眼前房内注入乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)水凝胶人工玻璃体后眼前节的变化,特别是角膜内皮的反应。方法兔眼活体前房置换PVA水凝胶和透明质酸钠后,测双眼眼压,观察眼前节情况,摘除眼球,光镜和透射电镜观察。结果试验眼角膜水肿情况及前房反应与对照眼差异无显著性(P>0.05),整个过程瞳孔对光反应良好,晶状体无混浊。眼压与对照眼变化一致。结论 PVA水凝胶人工玻璃体注入兔眼前房后,对眼前节的影响是轻微的、一过性的,说明PVA水凝胶人工玻璃体具有良好的组织相容性,为其用在晶状体虹膜隔不完整患者的玻璃体视网膜手术中提供了实验依据。Purpose To observe the effect of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel on anterior segment, especially on the ultrastructure changes of corneal endothelial cell, when injected into the anterior chamber of rabbits. Methods After the aqueous was replaced by PVA hydrogel and hyaluronate sodium respectively, the rabbit eyes were examined with slit-lamp microscope and applanometer. After sacrificing the rabbits, both eyes were enucleated for light and transmission electron microscope examination. Results There were no evident differences in corneal edema and anterior segment reaction between experimental eyes and control eyes (P > 0.05) . And IOP changes were similar. No difference was found between the two groups with light and transmission electron microscope. Conclusion PVA synthetic vitreous body only has slight and transient inflammatory effect on the anterior segment when injected into the anterior chamber of rabbit eyes, which indicates PVA synthetic vitreous body has a good compatibility. The study provides theoretic basis for the future clinical use in eyes without intact iris or lens.
