血塞通对2型糖尿病患者血粘度、血浆内皮素、血栓素、前列环素水平及尿微量白蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血塞通对 2型糖尿病患者血粘度、血栓素、前列环素、内皮素以及尿微量清蛋白的影响。方法 :将 6 0例 2型糖尿病人分为 2组 ,每组 30例 ,分别予以血塞通及低分子右旋糖酐注射液治疗 2周。治疗前后分别测定上述各项指标。结果 :血塞通组治疗后血粘度、血浆内皮素、血栓素B2 水平、血栓素B2 前列腺素F1a比值、2 4h尿微量清蛋白定量均显著降低 ,而对照组无显著变化。结论 :血塞通能降低 2型糖尿病患者的血粘度、血浆内皮素、血栓素水平、血栓素 前列环素比和尿微量清蛋白量 ,对改善其微循环和微血管病变有一定的近期疗效。Objective: To explore the effect of XueSeTong(main content: all saponins of panax notoginseng) on the blood viscosity, endothelin(ET)、thromboxane(TX) and prostacyclin(PGI2) level of plasma and urinary microalbumin of type2 diabetes(2 DM) patients. Methods: Divide 60 cases of 2 DM patients into two groups, 30 in each group. One group is given XueSeTong and the other is given Dextran 40. Both groups are treated for two weeks. Measure and record the above markers before and after the two week treatment. Results: Blood viscosity, ET, TXB 2 level and TXB 2/PG Fla ratio of plasma and the quantity of urinary microalbumin in 24 hours all drop prominently, while those of the contrast group don't show marked variation. Conclusion: XueSeTong can reduce the blood viscosity,ET,TXB 2 level and TXB 2/PG Fla ratio of plasma and the quantity of urinary microalbumin.It can improve their microcirculation and microangiopathy in a short-term.
