摘　　要：监理企业提供的是高智能的监理服务，文章针对这一特点阐明监理企业贯彻ＩＳＯ９０００２质量标准的特殊性，以及如何向２０００版新标准转换等问题。According to the characteristic that what supervising enterprises provides is high intelligent service, this paper expounds the peculiarity in carrying out ISO9002 for supervising enterprising, and how to upgrade to IS02000.
