摘　　要：介绍了 40 MN铜挤压机生产线的技术参数、布置、设备组成及结构特点。挤压机及后部出料系统中采用的挤压筒及穿孔针内冷、压机中心动态检测及步进平稳送料等技术 ,不仅提高了工模具的使用寿命 ,而且使设备的性能和精度得到了提高 ,从而保证了对产品质量的高要求。该生产线可生产单重超过 5 0 0 kg以上的挤压制品 ,有效地提高了后续工序的生产效率及生产线的综合成品率。The article introduces briefly the technical parameters, layout,composition and structure feature of 40 MN copper extrusion production line.New technology such as an inner cooling system of the container and mandrel, the dynamic detection of the press center, the step in equable feeding,improves the service lifetime of the tool and die and, moreover,advances the equipment performance and precision accuracy, guaranteeing the high quality of the extrusion product.The line can produce extrusion products with unit weight over 500 kg, effectively advancing rear procedure production efficiency and finished product rate of the line.
