摘　　要：今天 ,引文作为学术成果的评价手段已得到越来越广泛的重视 ,但是存在着一些问题 ,如 :中外引文意识差异、网络文献作为引文的出现、影响因子的负面作用、引用文献的“正常表达”等等 ,本文谈了自己的看法和建议 ,其目的是促进引文工作健康发展。Today,quoted passages have already got more and more extensive attention as the appraisal means of the academic achievement,but it exist it is a little question,like:Chinese and foreign quoted passage consciousness difference,network document regard as appearance of quoted passage,influence negative function of the factor,quote to 'express normally' document,this text talk about one's own view and suggestion.It's purpose is to promote the quoted passage being worked to develop in a healthy way.
