摘　　要：介绍了一种用于电能计量的应用开发软件,该系统具有组态软件、数据采集、曲线显示、数据报表、用户管理、计算机通信等功能。由于系统引入了组态、公式、报表等概念,使得本系统成为一个平台,用户只根据实际情况进行一些简单的定义,即可配置成满足用户需要的当地机电能计量监控系统。In this paper we discuss a software of the applying for the measurement of electric energy.This system concludes the function of configuration,data acquisition,data report,curve display,user management and computer telecommunication.We make the sys-tem be a platform through introducing the concept of configuration,formula and report.Us-er can allocate the local computer electric energy monitor system which fulfill the needs of the user through some simply define according as the reality.
