摘　　要：介绍用IEEE-488接口组成的一个全自动测试系统实例,该系统利用HP8116脉冲/函数发生器和HP3457数字万用表对运算放大器的幅频特性进行测试及绘图,并给出了测试软件程序。This article introduces an automatic testing system with IEEE 488 interface.It can automatically draw Amplitude -frequency characteristic graph by using HP8116 A pulse /function generator and HP3457 A multimeter.Then a testing soft program is pro-vided in the details.
