摘 要:在美国材料试验协会标准ASTM C1550圆板试验方法基础上,提出一种改进的纤维增强混凝土(FRC)和纤维喷射混凝土(FRS)材料圆板试验方法。该试验方法采用易于现场试验的小尺寸板,并运用加载过程中板的径向滑移和转动角度量测技术,获得更多板在大变形下有关裂缝开展的信息,从而有效地评定纤维混凝土材料的抗裂性、延性及弯曲韧性等材料性能。同时运用有限元方法,计算分析试验圆板的应力、应变分布,裂缝开展特点及破坏形态,对比试验研究结果,为建立纤维混凝土静定圆板的理论分析方法提供计算依据。A modified Round Determinate Panel(RDP) test method was presented here based on the current ASTM C1550 standard test method for fibre reinforced concrete(FRC) and fibre reinforced shotcrete(FRS) composite.A type of less-size panel was designed in this test method,which could be easily tested in situ.More crack information could be obtained even under large deflection of panel with both of rotation angle and sliding displacement measuring techniques.It has been proved that this modified test method can analyze the crack opening resistance,ductility and flexural toughness of FRC and FRS composite effectively.The finite element analysis has also been performed to clarify the stress and strain distributions,crack propagations and failure mode in FRC round panel,which provides a numerical base for establishing a reasonable theoretical method to predict the structural response of RDP.
