探求教学名师成功因素,促进青年教师迅速成长

摘　　要：自武汉生物工程学院2007年首届教学名师奖揭晓至今,已经评出7位校级教学名师。调查研究这些教学名师成长的轨迹,从其教学动力的形成入手,分析总结他们取得教学成功的原因,探究成长中呈现出的一些共性规律,为学校培养更多后续教学名师提供有益的借鉴。Seven famous teachers have been selected in the Wuhan Bioengineering Institute since 2007. The reasons why they gain achievements in their teaching were analyzed,and the factors influencing their success were found from their deeds and motivation of the teaching in order to provide some useful experiences to train more subsequent famous teachers in the institute.
