摘　　要：NSC5 5 14、NSC6 0 18/ 1号文件是艾森豪威尔政府对韩援助政策的纲领性文件 ,它们包含了该政府对韩援助政策的主要原则。本文以上述两个文件为中心 ,参照相关的美国外交关系文件 ,考察了艾森豪威尔政府对韩援助政策的形成背景和内容 ,并从不同的角度对艾森豪威尔政府对韩援助政策的特点、影响作一考察。NSC5514 and NSC6018/1 are two important documents guiding the Eisenhower administration's aid policy toward the Republic of Korea. Centered on the above mentioned documents and referring to the relevant ones in Foreign Relations of the United States, an official collection of U.S. diplomatic documents, this article inspects the background of the formation of the aid policy and its content, and makes a careful study of its characters and influences from different angles.
