摘　　要：本文在论述智能住宅小区及家庭自动化系统的需求与概念的基础上,着重介绍了智能住宅小区及家庭自动化系统的结构与功能。基于LonWorks现场控制网络技术,设计了智能住宅小区的网络结构,提出了一个全新的家庭自动化解决方案。该方案开放性好、功能完备;实施布线简单、工程周期短;经济实用。After discussing the demands and concepts of intellig ent residential quarters and home automation,the paper introduces the structure and the function of the intellig ent residential quarters and home automation system.Based on the technique of LonWorks control network,the paper desig ns the network framework of the intellig ent residential quarters and presents a bran-new solution for home automation.Research and practices indicate that the system has g ood openness,complete functions ,less wire and short implementing time.The system is economical and practical.
