异体神经缝接神经缺损处置入bFGF复合非降解膜的形态学研究

摘  要:目的 应用含有促进神经再生的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)和抑制维生素C的复合非降解膜包裹神经缺损局部 ,研究同种异体神经移植的神经再生效果。方法 应用HE、Mllory染色、锇酸髓鞘染色 ,光电镜观察及显微图象分析。结果 结果表明 ,bFGF复合物组神经纤维再生数量明显多于对照组 ,而神经纤维间结缔组织胶原纤维数量则较少 ,且A组左肢的再生神经纤维数量明显较B组左肢的多。结论 ①含bFGF和降低维生素C浓度的试剂的复人事非降解膜 ,有提高神经再生的作用。②经受体血浆浸泡及液氮冷存的异体神经缝接神经缺损处可提高神经再生数量及抑制结缔组织增生。Objective To explore the effects of bFGF complex non degradated membrane on the transplantation of allogenic nerve. Method 18 New Zerland Rabbits are randomly classified into A and B groups total 36 medial nerves. A group is bridged by medial nerves 3 cm with recipient plasma cryopreservation, the B group is grafted by that only with cryopreservation. The transplanted site of the left limb are coated by the bFGF complex non degratated membrane. Observation and analysis were made histologically and quantitatively 180 days after intervention. Results The number of regenerating nerve fibers of the left limb is more than that in the right, collagenous fibers of connective tissue among nerve fibers of the left limb are less than those of the right. The number of nerve regeneration of the left limb in A group is more than that in B group. Conclusions ① bFGF complex non degradation pellicle and decreasing Vitamin C are effective in improving nerve regeneration. ② Nerve allografters with recipient plasma cryopreservation could get a better nerve regeneration and a lesser connective tissue proliferation.
