胆肠吻合加抗返流术26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨在胆肠吻合术中加用抗返流术对防止返流性胆管炎的作用。方法　 2 6例患者均行胆肠Roux- en- Y吻合术 ,并加用抗返流术 ,包括近端空肠与远端空肠行横口吻合 ,近端空肠与旷置袢并行同步浆肌层缝合 (5 cm) ,旷置肠袢作抗返流套叠瓣。术后效果随访 2 4例 ,随访时间为 1～ 5年 ,随访率为 92 .3%。结果　随访效果属优、良者占 87.5 % ,无严重并发症及胆管炎发生。Objective To explore the effect of chole enterostomy plus antireflux operation for preventing reflux cholangitis.Methods All patients were performed with chole enterostomy plus antireflux operation including end to side transverse anastomosis between proximal and distal jejunum;side by side serosa suturing between proximal jejun and interposed jejunal loop,and making antireflux intussusceptive valve of interposed intestinal loop.A total of 24 out of 26 cases were followed up for 1 to 5 years.The rate of follow up was 92.3%.Results Excellent and good results were achieved in 87.5% of the postoperative patients without severe complications and recurrent cholangitis.Conclusion It is effective for using chole enterostomy plus antireflux operation to prevent reflux cholangitis.
