摘　　要：综述了用智能自动化系列改造合成橡胶厂了二烯单体生产控制系统的实际方法和经验,成功的关键是系统工程开发,它包括控制方案选择,实施战略研究,系统工程设计等步骤。The article intrcduces a practical method and experience for renovation of the butadiene monomer process control system in the synthetic rubber plant with the intelligent automation series. The key to success is the system engine- ering development which includes the main stepe such as selection of control projects,the study of implementing stra- tegy and system engineering design.
