论现代大学及院系建设发展的新战略理念与管理模式

摘　　要：提出并论述了在当今复杂多变的全球化和市场化环境下,推动大学及其院系建设发展的"共赢经营化战略、组织项目化管理、多元伙伴化关系"新的战略理念与管理模式,办好"国家需要和人民满意的大学"是国家的要求和人民的期望,也是高校领导和管理工作者们的努力目标和研究探索的课题。介绍了马里兰大学的一些相关事例。美国马里兰大学在推动学校事业高速发展方面的一些战略理念和实践做法值得学习借鉴。This paper discusses about the new strategic concept and management mode to promote the development of modern departments in universities under today's complex environment featured by globalization and market-orientation: 'win-win business strategy,management in forms of projects,and relationships with multiple partners'.It has become a must to operate universities for the need of national development and satisfaction of people.Some relevant cases from University of Maryland are culled for the analysis of strategic concepts and practices that promote the development of University of Maryland.
