摘　　要：大学社会责任是大学在人类社会发展历程中应承担的独特的使命与责任。大学责任既不同于大学的三大职能(教学、科研、服务),又超越大学的社会义务。大学的社会责任是有边界的,又是有序的、发展的。大学只有准确把握"社会责任"的内涵,担当起大学应有的社会责任,才能实现"全方位服务和引导社会的发展"的使命。The university's social responsibility is distinctive and duty-bound mission and responsibility during the development stage of human society.It's not only different from three major functions(Teaching-talent training、Research and Service) but also beyond its social obligation.The university's social responsibility is limited,ordered and developing.The universities can't realize the mission of 'All-dimensional Service and guide the development of social' unless they grasp the connotation of social responsibility accurately,and take on social responsibility properly.
