摘　　要：QoS(Quality of Service服务质量)是指网络提供优先服务的一种能力,它是基于IP网络视频会议系统的关健技术。视频会议QoS(服务质量)技术将使视频会议系统各项技术指标达到规定的标准范围。本文主要介绍了基于IP网络视频会议系统的概念,体系结构及其技术规范;具体介绍了视频会议系统的各项技术指标,针对各项指标提出了相应的QOS技术方案。IP network transmit signal of video conference system. QoS (Quality of Service) is an capability of network providing priority service, which is critical technique for video conference base on IP Internet. QoS technologies for vide conference make various technique indexes reach the range of stardards. In this paper, we propose the concepts framewok and technique model base on video conference sys- tem, many technique indexes based on video conference are analyzed and conresponding QoS technique methods are proposed, finally the paper present the future research direction.
