摘　　要：在使用公式或函数时,引用单元格地址比输入实际数值更为灵活,因为当引用的是地址标识而不是实际数据时,原始数据的变动会直接体现到计算结果中。Excel中所提的函数其实是一些预定义的公式,它们使用一些称为参数的特定数值按特定的顺序或结构进行计算。学生可以直接用它们对某个区域内的数值进行一系列运算,如分析和处理日期值和时间值、确定贷款的支付额、确定单元格中的数据类型、计算平均值、排序显示和运算文本数据等等。Using the formula or function,the reference cell address the actual value is more flexible than the input,because when the refer-ence is to address identity rather than actual data,the raw data will be directly reflected changes in calculation results.Excel function that is mentioned in a number of predefined formulas,called the arguments they use some of the specific numerical order or structure of a specific calculation.Students can use their values within a given area a series of operations,such as analyzing and processing of date values and time values to determine the loan payments,determine the data type of cell,calculate the mean,sorting text display and operation so forth.
