摘　　要：为了有效地对建筑用能信息进行监控、分析和预警,以实现建筑的节能目标。针对实际采集数据特点,确立了基于.Net框架、三层结构模式,结合Ajax技术进行系统实现的实施方案。设计并实现了基于.Net的建筑节能信息发布系统,改善了建筑能源利用状况信息发布和统计分析手段。In order to supervise, analysize and warn the energy-using information of the building effectively, and achieve the build-ing energy-saving arm. According to the actual sampling data feature, the.Net framework and the three-layer mode are chosen,combined with the Ajax technology accomplished the implementation plan. The.net-based energy-saving data distribution systemis designed and implemented; it improves the condition of the information distributing and statistical analysis mean.
