摘  要:目的 探讨用一次性真空血沉管 (Vacuette移液管 )作红细胞沉降率 (ESR)时的影响因素。方法 每一病人采血 3管 (甲、乙、丙 ) ,每管加抗凝剂 (10 9mmol/L枸橼酸钠 ) 0 .4ml、血液 1.6ml,混匀。甲管的血沉管不拔离液面 ,乙管拔离液面 ,丙管按传统魏氏法操作 ,6 0min读数。 3种方法配对比较。结果 血沉管不拔离液面的甲管ESR明显加快 (P <0 .0 1) ,拔离液面的乙管测得值与传统魏氏法结果一致。结论 用一次性真空血沉管作ESR时 ,方法简单、可靠、无污染 ,但操作时必须待血液充满血沉管后 ,将血沉管向上拔离液面 。Objective To observe the effect of Vacuette pipet on ESR. Methods Three specimens were collected from each patient and each of them was added and mixed with anticoagulant (109 mmol/L sodium citrate). The Vacuette pipet was not pulled out of blood in the first specimen, but the second was pulled out. The third specimen was done according to Westergren method. The results of ESR was recorded at 60 min and compared with each other. Results The ESR of the first specimen was much faster than that of the others. The ESR of the second specimen was the same as that by the Westergren method. Conclusion Using Vacuette pipet is simple, reliable and impolluted. The Vacuette pipet must be pulled out of blood while ESR is measured. Otherwise, the result of ESR would be markedly increased.
