Objectives Acute infectious diseases are the most commonest causes leading to systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) The disorders of hemorrheology play an important role during the process Methods A randomized?double-blinded?placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted ninety seven patients were randomly divided into 4 groups- 912 group(25 cases)?HuangQi group(24 cases) and sludge-eliminating group(23 cases)? placebo-controlled group(25 cases) All drugs were produced into a model of capsule which was same color?same weight and same dose among the four different groups Nail microcirculation(NMC)were checked before the treatment and 48 hours?the seventh day after treatment Results and Conclusions During the process of acute infection, feature of the nail microcirculation is manifested by lower blood velocity and increased aggregation of erythrocyte 912 capsule, can markedly increase the blood velocity of microcirculation During the course,HuangQi,can increase the blood velocity in the early course of acute infection And sludge-eliminating drugs, can decrease the aggregation of erythrocyte As to the effect of increasing blood velocity and decreasing the aggregation of erythrocyte ,the whole compound of 912 capsule is prior to HuangQi and sludge-eliminating drugs singlely
