摘 要:目的 对脑缺血再灌注大鼠应用恒磁场后 ,研究血液流变学指标、红细胞膜流动性等各项指标的变化。方法 实验动物分三组 ,每组十只 ,对照组做假手术 ,再灌组、恒磁组参考Longa法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 (恒磁组大鼠于脑缺血 2小时再灌注后立即置于 4 0mT的恒磁场中照射 30min ,每天一次。) 7天后眶静脉取血进行观察。结果 再灌组 ηH(全血高切粘度 )、ηL(全血低切粘度 )、Fg(纤维蛋白原含量 )、η(平均微粘度 )显著高于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,恒磁组与再灌组比较 ηH(全血高切粘度 )、ηL(全血低切粘度 )、Fg(纤维蛋白原含量 )、η(平均微粘度 ) ;HCT(红细胞压积 )显著下降 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 5 )。结论 恒磁场可降低血液粘度 ,提高红细胞膜流动性 ,改善血液流变学特性 ,增加脑血流量 ,对脑缺血再灌注损伤起到一定的保护作用。Objective To study the effect of constant magenetic field for hemorrheology of rats and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes during the blood reperfusions after cerebral ischemia.Methods 30 rats were equally divided into control group,reperfusion group and constant magnetic group. Control group rats were taken false operation.Other two group rats were formed the local cerebral ischemia model according to Longa method.The experimental rats were treated with 40mT constant magnetic field on bilateral carotid area 30 min at the begining of reperfusion after ischemia 2h. Seven days later,hemorrheology of rats and membrane fluidity of erythroeytes were observde.Results An increase in hemorrheology and erythrocyte membrane microviscosity was founded in comparison with that of the control group. After the treatment, they markedly decreased.Conclusion These results indicated that the constant magnetic field may decrease hemorrheology of rats and membrane fluidity of erythrocyte to improve the blood circulation,which has a treatment effect for treating the reperfusion damage after cerebral ischemia.
