冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与血清叶酸、维生素B_(12)和维生素B_6的关系及干预试验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与血清叶酸、维生素B12 和维生素B6的关系并进行干预试验研究。方法　测定 15 0例正常对照者及 134例冠心病患者血浆总同型半胱氨酸 (tHcy)水平和血清叶酸、维生素B12 和维生素B6水平。测定 134例冠心病患者和 5 5例对照者给予口服复合叶酸制剂 10～ 2 0周后的血浆tHcy水平和血清叶酸、维生素B12 和维生素B6水平。结果　研究结果显示血浆tHcy水平患者组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,血清叶酸、维生素B12 和维生素B6水平患者组显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ;给予口服复合叶酸制剂能显著降低血浆tHcy水平 (P <0 0 0 1)。 结论　冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高与血清叶酸、维生素B12 和维生素B6水平降低有关 ,给予口服复合叶酸制剂能显著降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of plasma homocysteine and the levels of serum folic acid,vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B 6 in coronary artery disease(CHD) and the study of prevention with B vitamins.Methods The levels of plasma total homocysteine(tHcy) and serum folic acid,vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B 6 in 134 CHD patients and 150 controls were measured.134 CHD patients and 55 controls were fed with the tri vitamins B tablets for 10～20 weeks.The levels of plasma tHcy and serum folic acid,vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B 6 were measured after the study.Results Statistically,the mean plasma tHcy levels of the patient group were significantly higher than those of the controls( P <0 001).There was significantly difference of the mean serum folic acid,vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B 6 between the patient group and the controls ( P <0 001).The levels of plasma tHcy in all subjects fed with the tri vitamins B tablets were decreased( P <0 001).Conclusion Elevated levels of plasma tHcy is significantly correlated with decreased levels of serum folic acid,vitamin B 12 ,vitamin B 6 in CHD patients.The levels of plasma tHcy in all subjects fed with the tri vitamins B tablets were decreased.
