清热凉血和活血化瘀中药对小鼠实验性银屑病模型的影响

摘　　要：[目的 ]研究丹参、赤芍、当归等 10味中药与银屑病治疗有关的作用。 [方法 ]利用小鼠银屑病实验模型及PCNA免疫组化方法 ,分别观察了 6味清热凉血药对小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂和 6味活血化瘀药对鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响。 [结果 ]6味清热凉血中药均能显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂和PCNA表达。 6味活血化瘀药中 5味均能显著促进表皮分化。其中丹参、赤芍又兼具有上述两种作用。 [结论 ]本研究的To study the potential antipsoriatic effects of 10 Chinese traditional drugs including Radix salviae miltiorrhizal(Danshen), Radix paeoniae rubra(Chishao), Angelicae sinensis(Danggui). The authors observed the effects of 6 kinds of 'heat-clearing and blood-cooling' drugs on mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelium and the effects 6 kinds of 'blood-activating and stasis-dissolving' drugs on mouse tail epidermal cell differentiation,using the mouse experimental model of the technique of PCNA immunohistohemistry. All of the 6 kinds of 'heat-clearing and blood-cooling' drugs significantly inhibited the mitosis of hyperplastic epithelial cells and the expression of PCNA in mouse vaginal epithelia and 5 of the 6 'blood-activating and stasis-dissolving' drugs promoted normal keratinization of parakeratostic epidermal differentiation in mouse tail. In addition, Radix salviae miltiorrhizoe(Danshen) and Radix paeoniae rubra (Chishao)had all the above mentioned effects simultaneously. [Conclusion] These results suggeste that each kind of these drugs while used in clinical practice might have antipsoriatic effects.
