摘　　要：医院的发展靠创新 ,管理创新是医院发展的巨大动力。本文首先论述了管理创新对医院发展的影响 ;然后 ,进一步论述了军队医院管理创新的主要内容 :1适应医疗制度改革 ,合理配置卫生资源。 2适应社会发展 ,调整服务模式。 3遵从成才规律 ,注重人才培养。 4注重技术创新 ,增强竞争能力。最后 。The hospital's development is advanced by innovation. The administration innovation is indispensable force to advance hospital's development. The author expounded firstly that administration innovation impacts on the further development of the military hospital ,and then discussed the administration innovation of the military hospital from four aspects as: ① optimizating of the health resources to meet the need of reform of medical system. ② changing service model to fit the social development and orient medical service towards the needs of patients.③ getting better of training and employment of scientific personnel according to rules of personnel.④ stressing technology innovation and enhancing the capacity of competition. Finally the author dicussed the factors affected the administration innovation of military hospital.
