摘　　要：目的 :探索平均住院日单项指标对临床科室床位利用率评价的可行性研究 ,为医院宏观和微观管理提供参考依据。方法 :用病例分型管理软件进行病例分型 ,用 CD型率和病例四型分布对科室平均住院日进行校正。结果 :能真实合理地反映出科室的床位利用综合水平。结论Objective: To enhance the feasibility of the clinical department assessment by the average length of stay, so as to provide the reference for micro and macro hospital management methods. Methods: The cases are classified by the case classification software, and then, use four type case distribution and CD case rate separately correct the average jength of stay. Result: The corrected index is able to express the efficiency of the health bed in the clinical department. Conclusion: The efficiency assessment of the clinical department health bed using should connect with four type case distribution
