摘　　要：医务部机关管理水平的高低 ,直接关系到医院的整体建设水平。本文围绕医务部机关建设 ,谈了几点做法 ,摸索出一条新时期医院医务部机关建设的新路子 。The level of the management of the department of the medical affairs decides the whole construction level of the hospital. The author gives a few comments about department building in the hospital, and found a new way for the construction in new period. The administration level of the department of the medical affairs has improved obviously.
