摘  要:①目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)病人红细胞变形能力 (ED)与红细胞膜脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及血浆补体激活片段 (sC5b 9)水平的关系。②方法 采用DXC 30 0A核孔膜红细胞变形能力测定仪、硫代巴比妥酸比色法和酶联免疫吸附法 ,检测了 5 2例AMI病人红细胞滤过指数 (EFI)、红细胞膜LPO和sC5b 9水平的变化。③结果AMI病人EFI ,LPO ,sC5b 9明显高于对照组和陈旧性心肌梗死 (OMI)病人 ,差异有极显著性 (F =2 6 .4 5 7~ 34.6 0 1,q =8.6 2 0~ 16 .4 0 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。死亡和伴有室性心律失常者各指标增高较存活和无室性心律失常者更明显 (t =10 .82 7~ 18.772 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。AMI病人EFI与LPO ,sC5b 9呈明显的正相关 (r =0 .6 76 ,0 .82 4 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论AMI病人ED降低与红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤和血浆补体激活有密切关系。Objective\ To explore the relationship between the erythrocyte deformability (ED) and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidase (LPO), plasma level of complement activation composition (sC 5b 9 ) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).\ Methods\ By means of erythrocyte deformability apparatus, thiobarbituric acid method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, the changes of erythrocyte filtration index (EFI), LPO and sC 5b 9 were measured in 52 AMI patients. Results\ The EFI, LPO, sC 5b 9 were significantly higher in AMI patients than those in the control and old myocardial infarction (OMI) groups, and the difference was significant ( F=26.457-34.601, q=8.620-16.406, P <0.001). The EFI, LPO, sC 5b 9 were higher in patients with ventricular arrhythemia (VA) and the dead than those in patients without VA and survivals ( t = 10.827 -18.772, P <0.001) . The EFI was positively correlated with LPO and sC 5b 9 in AMI patients ( r=0.676, 0.824 , P < 0.001 ). \ Conclusion\ The decrease of ED in AMI patients is closely related to lipid peroxidative injury of erythrocyte and plasma complement activation .
