绞股蓝大小孢子发生和雌雄配子体的发育

摘　　要：采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察了绞股蓝大、小孢子发生和雌、雄配子体发育过程。结果表明 ,其发育期为 7月中旬至 8月中下旬 ,药壁分化过程为双子叶型 ,成熟的药室内壁有纤维状加厚 ,绒毡层属分泌型 ,并含丰富的细胞器 ,乌氏体有移向花粉粒趋势 ,柱头内发现花粉囊 ,花药有败育现象 ,极面观为近圆形 ,外壁具细条纹。顶生胎座 ,开放型花柱 ,珠心表皮参与厚珠心形成 ,有珠心喙 ,雌雄配子体发育进程有明显差异。Mega and microsporogenesis and the development of male and female gametophyte of Gynostenna pentaphyllum (Thunb.)Makino.were observed with light microscopy and electro microscopy.The results showed that the development of anther wall belongs to dicot type and the mature anther wall comprises an epidermis followed by a layer endothecium with unequal thickness of cellous,middle layers and a single layered tapetum which belongs to secretory type.The tapetum contains abundant organelles and Ubisch bodies with stings which have a tendency to move to pollen grains.Cytoplasmic division in meiosis of microspore mother belongs to simultaneous type.The mature pollen grains are 2 celled and rounded like.They are near spherical from equatorial view and subtrilete spherical from polar view.There are concentrated long shaped sculpture on their surface.The placentation type is apical.The ovule is anatropous,bi tegument and crassinucellar,with a nucellus bill.The development of embryo sac belongs to polygonum type.There is an obvious difference between the development processing of male gametophytes and female gametophytes.
