摘 要:对来自海南、福建、广西、云南、湖南和广东等我国南方 6个代表性省 (区 )的 72个水稻纹枯病菌菌株进行了RAPD聚类分析及致病力测定。结果表明 ,供试菌株存在丰富的遗传多样性。通过使用 10个随机引物对该病菌基因组DNA进行PCR扩增和琼脂糖凝胶电泳 ,共获得 2 10条DNA谱带 ,其中 5条为特征带 ,2 0 5条为多态带 ,条带多态率为98%。在 0 5 4左右的相似性系数水平 ,所有供试菌株被划分为 6个类群 ,所有来自同一省 (区 )的菌株均聚类为同一类群或亚类群。DNA条带的多态性与地理来源呈现明显的相关性 ,但与致病力的强弱无明显的相关性。The genetic diversity of Rhizoctonia solani AG?1 IA in the southern China was studied by testing 72 isolates of the pathogen for their polymorphisms in RAPD patterns and pathogenicity.The isolates were collected from six provinces,including Hainan,Fujian,Guangxi,Yunnan,Hu′nan and Guangdong,which represent the typical geographical features of the southern China.The results showed that there existed rich genetic diversity in all the isolates.Following PCR amplification of the fungal genomic DNA with 10 arbitrary primers and agarose electrophoresis,a total of 210 DNA bands were found,of which 5 were specific bands and 205 were polymorphic bands,the polymorphic rate was 98%.The isolates tested were classified into six groups at a 0 54 similarity level,whereas the isolates from the same province clustered to the same genetic group or subgroup.The polymorphic bands were closely related with the geographic location,but not obviously related with the pathogenicity of the isolates.
